No long term contracts, you pay only on actual booking and performance.
1. GDS/ADS Generated Bookings:
We charge a commision for each completed reservation made through Our Internet, Call Center or Global Distribution Network bookings. This is a percentage of the actual reservation total.
Private Toll free numbers are also avalible for your hotel's direct Call Center Reservation marketing and advertisement.
2. If the room was booked by a Travel Agency,
The Agency will bill you an additional 10% of the total reservation, unless your rates are net non-commisionable.
3. GDS Transaction Fees are a fee that is paid to the Airline and GDS Companies that send you reservations through our system.
This fee is not charged if the traveler cancels. Subject to change without prior notification. There may be a minimum monthly useage fee for smaller properties.
4. Travel Agent Payments: We include the Automated tracking system and have your travel agent commissions processed on a single invoice every month. These can be paid by one check to our commission payment processing partner Perot Commission Payment Services for a small fee.
5. Booking Engine Generated Bookings: Is provided for your web site free of charge. We provide an Automated Web Site Booking engine to generate real-time reservations. Reservations made through your connected website are reduced to only $5.00 per reservation (not per room night) and no other fees apply. Again there is no monthly or set-up fees for the booking engine.
6. No Shows If the reservation does not show you can adjust the Travel Agent Commission, at that time an instant email is sent to the Travel Agency explaining that the Client No-Showed and no commissions are due. No-Shows must be adjusted at least at the end of each month. All percentages are computed on the Property's rates as booked by the customer for each night or period booked. This fee is billed only on actual stays and an invoice will be sent after the actual stay. No-shows and cancellations are not payable provided the property gives written notice of such no-shows or cancellations within eight (10) days from the receipt of the invoice which includes the billing for such no-shows or cancellation. Otherwise all amounts billed shall be deemed to have been approved by the Owner and due pursuant to this agreement. All out reservations are guaranteed so you may bill the reservation for the first nights arrival.
